At Tom, Dick & Harry we prefer you personally pickup your custom order directly after fitting them in our showroom, In the event that some minor alterations are required, Than we can ship your garment to you directly free of charge. We do not charge a shipping fee for any of our items on orders over $200. Our tailored suits and shirts can be shipped anywhere in the world, and our accessories anywhere in Australia, completely free of charge.
Tailored suits and shirts:
Your custom tailored suit or shirt will be dispatched to you by international courier and you will receive tracking information by email that will allow you to follow it all the way to your door. All of our deliveries are insured and we will replace your order in the extremely unlikely event of damage or loss in the post. Your custom tailored suit or shirt will be in your hands within just 14 business days. Remember: at Tom, Dick and Harry all postage is FREE! for orders over $200
Orders under $200 will attract a $15 shipping fee in Australia – and $30 Internationally.
All of our accessory products will be sent to you via Couriers Please – No PO Boxes, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Accordingly, we will pack and dispatch your order within 72 hours to ensure it arrives to you and gets you looking good as quickly as the postal service will allow.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The Suit/ Shirt / or Accessory I received does not match the one I ordered, Or doesn’t fit me properly. What should I do?
Tom, Dick and Harry is a Custom Bespoke Tailor, It is necessary that your very first order requires a one on one consultation , measurement and fitting with our Designers/Stylist at our Sydney Studio. This way we guarantee a perfect fit for each individual. Suit and Shirt online orders are only posted to clients who have been previously fitted in our showroom or at a popup store. If this is your second order and the Suit or Shirt doesn’t fit as well as your first suit, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt to discuss. If you have ordered an accessory that does not match your order, please also contact us immediately.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number, detailed description and photos of the discrepancy. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours.
We try our absolute best to deliver your products exactly as you specified in your order however, as Custom Bespoke Clothiers, each item ordered is individually and delicately handmade by our tailors, there may be instances where human error could occur.
If you believe the suit requires some alterations than please book an appointment to attend our Studio. All garments that require alterations are included and part of the custom service and free of charge and apply up to 3 months after receiving your suit.
